The Jim Allen Group Hosts a Successful Realtor Luncheon at the New Home Community of Hawthorne

The day was a perfect setting for over 70 agents to attend a Realtor luncheon event hosted by The Jim Allen Group at the impressive new home community of Hawthorne. With temps in the mid 80’s and perfect Carolina blue skies, agents had the opportunity to tour six custom homes, enjoy a delicious luncheon and wrap up the tour with a decadent Sunday bar. Attendee’s also had the chance to participate in a “House-Hunter” game and enter to win $1000.00 in cash prizes. The three lucky winners who walked away with cash and smiles are:

  • Rachel Riggs of Northside Realty with $500.00
  • Teri Wray of Coldwell Banker HPW with $300.00
  • Phil Clawson of Re/Max Preferred with $200.00
