Daniel Harmon Joins The Jim Allen Group

The Jim Allen Group, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, is pleased to announce that Daniel Harmon has joined our team of buyer’s agents and will be assisting buyers and sellers with their residential real estate needs. Daniel joins our team with exceptional customer service, financial management and real estate experience that has provided him with a very successful reputation.

Daniel is from a military family that has fostered a great sense of pride and a strong work ethic. Raised between North Carolina and Germany provided him with the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and to appreciate the diversity and advantages of different areas.  After graduating from Campbell University’s prestigious Trust & Investment Management Program, Daniel worked as a financial advisor with AXA Advisors, managing investments and retirement accounts for NC teachers as a member of the Retirement Benefits Group.  Daniel also represented the Pierce Group, giving employee benefit seminars and counseling sessions for over 65,000 NC teachers and governmental employees. He has also advised clients on estate planning and has held appointments with over 15 insurance companies.

Daniel comes to the Jim Allen Group with a strong knowledge of new homes, having served as a representative for a national home builder in many communities within in the Triangle. Due to his high energy, outgoing personality, and ability to connect with others, he will bring dependability and trust to his clients. “I believe that it’s important to provide guidance and support to others,” states Harmon. “Helping someone achieve homeownership is very rewarding and I am thrilled to be joining such an impressive real estate team.”

 Daniel resides in Raleigh, NC.  In his spare time, he is an amateur historian and is a member of Wake Crossroads Baptist Church.
