Tri-County Parade of Homes Builder Team

The Tri-County Parade of Homes encompasses Franklin, Granville and Vance counties and runs until the 15th of October. This year the parade had 35 entries and The Jim Allen Group represented 17 of those. The neighborhoods include: Ashton Meadows, Hawthorne, Rivers Edge, Stoneridge, Winston Ridge, Woodcroft and Woodford. The custom builders of these fine homes are partners with The Jim Allen Group and are among the finest in the area.

On Wednesday night, there was a banquet held at Green Hill Country Club in Louisburg where all winners were announced. There where 8 categories determined by price point and within each category, a Gold, Silver and Bronze Award was given. We are thrilled to announce that a majority of our of our 17 entries won an award!

Last night the FCHBA had a social that was sponsored by Sumner Construction and The Jim Allen Group. Over 40 members attended the event held at the Green Hill Country Club with guest speaker Scott Hammerbacker the Franklin County Planning Director. A delicious serving of food was catered by Cook Shack Catering and the night was a huge success.

The Parade of Homes season kicked off last week with a great Tri-County Parade Awards dinner at the Carolina Ale House located in Wake Forest, NC.   Jim Allen Group builder winners racked up in the awards category.  Awards included the following:

The Wake Parade of Homes sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh- Wake County also kicks off this weekend.  The Jim Allen Group has 14 homes on the Wake County tour and are looking forward to the Wake County Parade of Homes Awards banquet on Wednesday, October 12.  Jim Allen Group neighborhoods included in the Wake County Parade of Homes include Glendower Place, GreyHawk Landing, Hillcrest Farms, Majestic Oaks, Seville, Stowecroft, and The Meadows.  The Wake County parade begins this weekend Oct. 2-3 and runs the following two weekends, Oct. 8-10, Oct. 15-17  from 11-5.  Stay tuned for the Wake County Parade of Homes Awards winners and be sure NOT to miss out on all these great properties on tour throughout the Triangle.
