The Poyner Place shopping center is a 377,500-sq ft facility that is anchored by Super Target and located at the intersection of Old Wake Forest Rd. and Triangle Town Blvd. Recently they have signed deals with new retailers to move into the location. The retailers are: Shoe Carnival, Once Upon A Child and Complete Nutrition. These new retailers are proof that growth to the area is moving forward.

The location of this shopping center is in close proximity to the Triangle Town Center & Commons which boasts the states only Saks Fifth Avenue along with Macy’s, Belk, Dillards, Sears and more than 175 specialty shops, restaurants and Dicks Sporting Goods and other shops across the street.

Recently Walmart opened a new location also near the Triangle Town Center in January and brought 300 new jobs to the community.
