All I have to say is, I hope you didn’t miss it!  We had over 85 agents come out to our newest neighborhood of The Meadows located in Wake Forest, NC. Located just minutes from the capital city of North Carolina, this neighborhood offers the best in new home living while being just walking distance from both dining and shopping.

The month of May has definitely been a wet one for Raleigh, but the skies held off this past Tuesday and allowed for comfortable temperatures and an even greater turnout.  Agents came from all over, some of the offices including our very own Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Falls and Strickland Offices, Keller Williams, Remax, the Wake Forest Allen Tate office, Coldwell Banker Advantage, Ammons Pittman, and Remax One.  Agents dined on delicious summer fare catered by Catering Works.  The menu included traditional summer picnic items such as BBQ chicken, potato salad, black bean and corn salad, mini biscuits, sweet tea (of course), and the best assorted dessert bars this side of the Mason Dixon line.
