With 187 homes participating in the 2010 Wake County Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, this year was sure to be a huge hit for the residents of the Triangle. The 2010 Wake Parade of Homes was held Oct. 2-3, 8-10, and 15-17 from 11 to 5 pm in homes throughout the Triangle. Homes on tour ranged from all price points, style, and location. Year after year, the Parade of Homes brings out large numbers of traffic to the neighborhoods participating. This year the Jim Allen Group has 14 homes participating in the 2010 Parade of Homes: Glendower Place, GreyHawk Landing, Hillcrest Farms, 6 homes in Majestic Oaks, 2 homes in The Meadows, Seville, and Stowecroft.
The Jim Allen Group and other industry professionals took the time to honor the accomplishments of the 2010 Parade Builders at a Parade of Homes Banquet held this past week at North Ridge Country Club. Jim Allen Group winners included the following:
